Does my university email count if it doesn't end in .edu?
Yes. University addresses count whatever the domain, including .edu.lb, .ac.uk and .edu.eg.
What if my university isn't recognised?
Email support@haqq.ai from your university address and we'll take a look.
Which languages can I use?
Any. Ask in the language you study in and HAQQ answers in it. The app's interface itself comes in 7 languages.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. The plan is monthly, and unused credits don't carry over to the next month.
Can I buy it in the mobile app?
No. Buy the Student plan on the web at chat.haqq.ai, for an individual workspace.
Can faculty use the Student plan?
No, it's for students only. Faculty and institutions can write to support@haqq.ai.
