This Confidentiality Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be considered one and the same agreement and will become effective when counterparts have been signed by each of the parties hereto and delivered to the other party (including by means of electronic delivery or facsimile).

Any signature page of this License may be detached from any counterpart of this License without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon and may be attached to another counterpart of this License identical in form hereto but having attached to it one or more additional signature pages.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and all counterparts so executed shall constitute one Easement and Restrictive Covenant Agreement, binding upon all of the parties hereto.
