Tunisia's most common form is the SARL (minimum 1,000 TND); the SA requires 5,000 TND. Foreign ownership is generally allowed, but onshore service/non-industrial projects are capped at 49% unless the Investment Council authorizes more (activities on a negative list need authorization); offshore/fully-exporting companies can be 100% foreign. Registration is centralized through the RNE (National Business Registry) one-stop platform, with APII for industrial projects.
