Under the MoU, HAQQ and ONEIC will explore collaboration across:
- Commercial distribution and system integration of HAQQ's legal AI platform in Oman
- Potential local deployment models, including hosting, managed services, and compliance-driven architectures
- Integration with enterprise systems and digital payment infrastructure
- Pilot deployments across government, enterprise, and legal sectors
- Sovereign AI deployment frameworks, including jurisdiction-bound data residency, regulatory oversight, and nationally governed AI operations
